Privacy Policy

MC Snooker Supplies.Com Ltd collect customer data for the purpose of processing orders and treat all information as confidential. Under no circumstances do we pass your details on to third parties. You may receive emails relating to offers and promotions on this site only but you will be given the option to opt out if necessary.

Payments

MC Snooker Supplies.Com Ltd accept payments made through paypal, most major credit/debit cards and postal payments in either cash, cheque or postal orders. Cheques should be made payable to MC Snooker Supplies.Com Ltd. Payments made by cheque will be subject to a 5 working day clearing period.

Postage & Packaging

Items will be despatched upon receipt of cleared funds. This is usually within 1-2 working days. Please note that timescales given are approximate and may vary during public and private holidays. Where possible you will be notified of any expected delays via our website.

For UK mainland orders over 1kg, we use Initial City Link Courier Service. They offer a very efficient next working day service. Delivery is usually between 7.30am – 5.00pm however we cannot specify an exact time. All items must be signed for and in the event that you are not in a card will be left notifying you of their attempted delivery. You must contact your local/national depot immediately to arrange a second delivery or personal collection. Third and subsequent delivery attempts are chargeable to the customer at £5 each. Returned items are chargeable to the customer at £15 should you fail to respond to the couriers notice. Further costs will be incurred to re-send your item. At time of placing order, you must provide accurate house number/name, street name, town and postcode. Incorrect details given will result in a minimum charge of £15 to re-direct to the correct address. We can despatch to a work address if this is provided at time of placing your order. We are not liable for any delays beyond our control, however we will endeavour to assist in any we can.

UK mainland orders under 1kg and all Northern Ireland orders are usually sent via Royal Mail.  Please refer to Royal Mail website for approximate delivery times. We are not liable for delays caused by postal strikes or otherwise.

European and other Worldwide destinations orders will be sent using either Royal Mail or other Courier service. This is dependant on the weight, size and dimensions of the item. Delivery usually takes between 5 – 10 working days subject to customs clearance.

Returns Policy

If you return any items, we will exchange for an alternative or issue a refund minus P&P costs subject to a 25% re-stocking fee to cover costs incurred.  Return shipping costs will be at your own expense. All returns must made within 7 days, be unused and in their original packaging. Any damage incurred on the return journey resulting from inadequate packaging will affect your refund rights. We reserve the right to refuse your return if the condition of the item is not to our satisfaction. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Our products undergo a quality inspection prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours. A refund or replacement will be offered to you. All returns must be made within 7 days be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right the refuse your return if we believe the item is not damaged or faulty.

Cancellation

Once you have placed an order with us you have entered into a contract and have agreed to abide by our term and conditions. Payment in full will be required. Items will only be cancelled if your order has not been processed.

Description of Goods

All descriptions of goods are to our knowledge accurately represented. The specifications are approximate and may vary slightly.

Promotional Offers

If you are in receipt of any promotional offers, you must provide your discount voucher code at time of order. We reserve the right to withdraw any offers or promotions at any time without prior notice.

General

All prices shown are in GBP sterling and inclusive of VAT.

In the unlikely event that an item has been shown as in stock by error, we will re-order the item from our supplier, offer you an alternative or a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time.
